Patty focuses her practice on Estate Planning and Immigration. She approaches her work with her client’s best interests in mind to find a solution. As her family’s first generation born in the United States, Patty understands the struggles families face when building their new lives in the United States. She strives to help families protect the lives that they cherish so much through her Estate Planning and Immigration Practice.
Patty is bi-lingual and works with our Spanish speaking staff and other language interpreters to represent immigration and estate planning clients from a wide range of countries.
Patty began her legal career in 2008 working with clients in business and entity formation, trademarks, copyrights, real estate law and contracts. In addition to managing her own law practice, Patty worked in the Marion County court system both as an employee and intern for a number of years and utilizes her familiarity with the courts to assist our clients through the litigation process. She grew up working in a small family business and has over 12 years of experience in the operations of businesses, which includes working as Vice President of US Operations and Retail Sales for a local Indianapolis company.
Prior to joining Griffith Xidias Law Group, Patty interned with the Marion County Civil and Circuit Courts, the Bankers Association Government Relations division and volunteered with various local attorneys and legal associations.
In addition to working with our clients, Patty actively volunteers her time in the community through her church and other local organizations.
